ARCO/Murray National Construction is currently looking for a detail-oriented, self-reliant Safety Coordinator to join our team. At ARCO, you'll have the opportunity to improve project performance, set up processes and drive your own success from day one!

Typical base compensation for the Project Coordinator role is between $60,000 and $80,000. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Prequalification support and 3rd-party platform maintenance (new clients, annual updates)
  • Project-level safety coordination (permits, subcontractor prequals, safety orientation tracking)
  • RFP support, document control, and preliminary data collection
  • Training, certification, and PPE inventory/vendor management
  • Specialty equipment inventory and check-in/out tracking
  • Leadership reporting (data summaries, dashboards, program metrics)
  • Travel coordination (project tracking, PTO, scheduling, bookings, updates)
  • Meeting and calendar management for leadership and team
  • Expense reporting, budget tracking, and cost oversight
  • Staffing coordination (interview tracking, onboarding schedules, process management)
  • Fleet management (vehicle tracking and maintenance coordination)
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-10 years of related experience, construction administration experience considered a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be extremely organized, self-reliant, proactive, and detail-oriented
