Operations Coordinator


A great company located in Carrollton, Texas is looking for an excellent Operations Coordinator to support sales and operations teams across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and emerging global markets. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating travel logistics, managing administrative workflows, and facilitating communication between sales, warehouse, and field personnel. You'll serve as a central point of coordination, enabling teams to focus on customer service and operational execution.


Description

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate business travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries

· Track travel expenses and reconcile with accounting

· Maintain vendor relationships with preferred travel providers

· Process sales documentation and coordinate order entry with warehouse

· Maintain CRM data accuracy and generate sales reports

· Schedule customer communications and meetings

· Support proposal preparation and presentation materials

· Coordinate communication between office locations and remote team members

· Assist with operational documentation and process improvements

· Support warehouse coordination including scheduling and logistics planning

· Maintain operational calendars and cross-location activities

· Manage office supplies and vendor relationships

· Process and route incoming communications

· Maintain organized filing systems for operational and sales documentation

· Support accounting team with administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree with 2+ years administrative or operations coordination experience

· Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to new software

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools

· Familiarity with warehouse or logistics operations

· Background supporting sales teams

Salary

Excellent pay – up to $75,000 per year
