On-Call Leasing Consultant / Resident Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused On-Call Leasing Consultant / Resident Assistant to support our residential community during peak traffic times, staff absences, and special events. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service, supporting leasing efforts, and assisting residents with day-to-day needs.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Marketing Support
- Greet and tour prospective residents
- Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
- Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork
- Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features
- Assist with outreach marketing efforts and resident events
Resident Relations & Administrative Support
- Provide exceptional customer service to current residents
- Assist with food deliveries to resident rooms
- Monitor the phone and call system for the residents requiring immediate assistance
- Assist in resident functions as requested
- Collection and removal of trash as directed
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Help coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups
- Support rent collection processes and general office duties
- Maintain accurate records in property management software
Operational Support
- Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean and presentable
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
- Follow Fair Housing guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
- Well-versed in marketing and sales techniques
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Ability to work flexible, on-call hours including evenings/weekends
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
