Requirements for this On Call Banquet Captain job

To thrive as an On Call Banquet Captain, you'll need a handful of essential skills! First and foremost, outstanding communication skills are vital-think of it as your superpower in connecting with server team and guests and understanding their needs. A dash of multitasking will go a long way as you juggle orders of the event and then ensure each guest feels special. An empathetic approach allows you to anticipate and respond to requests with genuine care, creating a customer-centric atmosphere.
