Oil / Lube Technician in Arlington, TX 76011

Pay:

$21/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services on various vehicles or equipment 
• Inspect engines and related components for leaks, wear, or damage 
• Check and top off fluids, including transmission, brake, and coolant systems 
• Maintain accurate service records and document work performed 
• Recommend additional maintenance or repairs based on inspections 
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations for handling and disposing of oil and hazardous materials 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards 
• Provide basic customer service by explaining services and answering questions (if customer-facing)

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive or mechanical maintenance is required 
• Basic knowledge of engine systems and tools 
• Ability to operate service equipment and hand tools safely 
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
