Position Overview
The Office Support Administrator provides administrative and operational support across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of office tasks in a fast-paced environment.
This position is designed to build the knowledge and skills necessary to support key business operations and develop into additional responsibilities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to internal departments and team members
Assist with daily office operations, documentation, and data entry
Support team projects and operational initiatives
Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and organization of information
Communicate with internal staff to support operational needs
Receive training, mentoring, and guidance from senior staff
Help maintain efficient office workflows and processes
Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
1+ year of administrative assistant, office support, or clerical experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
General computer and data entry skills
