Job title: Office Receptionist
Location: Mountain View, CA
Duration: 9 Months Contract
PR: $25/hr on W2


TEAM AND ROLE

  • Our Workplace Department is a global team that supports work spaces and the employee experience.  
  • Our team has an opening providing a welcoming first impression for our visitors,  Employees and new hires.
  • The ideal candidate contributes to team and company meetings/events.  May also hold a dual role as support/attendee.  

 

Major Responsibilities 

  • Badging and Access administration.
  • Workplace Ticket Coordination.
  • Provide experience services and support to increase individual well-being, personal productivity, and organizational effectiveness in work spaces.
  • Supporting Community Programs, Food & Beverage Services, Transportation Programs, and Pet Programs.
  • Shipping & Receiving and Office Supply Management.
  • Daily Mail Distribution by scanning and mailing to the POC. 
  • Reception coverage 
  • Daily and quarterly parking passes management. 

 

CANDIDATE

  • The ideal candidate contributes to team and company meetings/events.  May also hold a dual role as support/attendee.
  • Comfortable with internal Messaging Monitoring for Assigned Locations.
  • Build a practice with janitorial and maintenance requests as needed and/or communicate with appropriate partners to address issues.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Someone with a great personality. It  is comfortable to have people interaction. 
  • The ability to think on their feet and problem solve as needed. 
  • Someone with great communication skills  that can work with the internal  POC of events.
  • The receptionist will have daily interaction with Vendors and delivery drivers. 
  • Someone that can give good communication and people / Employee interaction
  • The receptionist needs to have good multi task skills. 
  • Computer skills, G Suite, Email, Zoom, Jira ticketing system, Brivo badge software, FedEx knowledge, Mail  experience, 
  • May need to work overtime. Will be given a 24 hr notice.
