The Opportunity

Reed Restaurant Repair is a premier commercial service provider for the Denver area's restaurant industry. We are looking for a high-level Office Manager to serve as the backbone of our operations.

Reporting directly to Ownership, you won't just be "managing an office"--you will be leading the team that keeps our technicians in the field and our customers happy. We need a leader who is organized, assertive, and ready to take full ownership of our daily workflow.

What You'll Do

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily office flow, ensuring the staff responsible for Dispatching, AR, and AP are hitting their marks.
• Team Management: Mentor office staff, manage performance KPIs, and lead weekly meetings to keep everyone aligned.
• HR & Compliance: Manage the full employee lifecycle--from Workers' Comp and payroll coordination to assisting with hiring and extending offers to new technicians.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our scheduling or communication and fix them using ECI Vision and QuickBooks.
• Escalation Point: Act as the professional voice of the company when customer concerns need a steady, expert hand.
• Strategic Support: Keep Ownership informed on office health and resource needs so the company can continue its steady growth.
• Team Player Mindset: Step in and help wherever needed--including jumping into dispatching or accounting--to keep the office running smoothly.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proven Leadership: At least 5 years of experience managing people. You know how to motivate a team and hold them accountable.
• Required Technical Skills: Strong, hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and prior experience with Dispatching and service coordination.
• Software Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and the ability to master a CRM like ECI Vision.
• Industry Savvy: You understand the fast-paced nature of service, trades, or construction (preferred).
• Sound Judgment: You are comfortable making decisions independently and handling sensitive personnel or financial situations with total discretion.
• Communication: You're a professional communicator who can talk to a high-end chef, a field technician, and a business owner with equal ease.
