Key Responsibilities:
  • Process semi‑monthly payroll for ~35 employees; maintain records and ensure compliance
  • Support onboarding, benefits coordination, and HR administration
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts, events, and website updates
  • Serve as the point of contact for building management and office operations
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of office management, admin, or operations experience; professional services preferred
  • Experience with full‑cycle payroll and benefits
  • Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and time‑management skills
  • Independent, resourceful, and comfortable learning new systems.
