Office Manager/Office Coordinator
Position summary: Our client, a private equity firm is seeking an Office Manager/Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations. This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Duties:
- Coordinator and manage vendor relationships (including IT and facilities), and negotiate contracts for supplies, and office services
- Manage the daily office operations
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events from team gatherings to corporate functions including handling logistics, vendors, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee reception including guest services, and create a welcoming environment
- Lead office move plans through execution including vendors time line, limiting disruption to general business operations
- Handle deliveries, order supplies, handle any additional logistical tasks
- Provide support for additional offices
- Manage international travel including flights and hotel accommodations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of office management or office coordination
- Some technical expertise required (Wi-Fi, networks, basic troubleshooting)
- Strong organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
- Demonstrated experience with event planning of varying scales
- Experience with office relocation
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Strong ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Self-starter
- Flexible to work after hours/weekend 2-3X a month as anticipated
