Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and support services for the manufacturing office.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships for the administrative and common areas.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs for the office building, liaising with plant operations.
- Provide administrative support for HR functions, including new hire onboarding and record keeping for plant employees.
- Process invoices, manage expense reports, and assist with budget tracking for office and general administrative expenditures.
- Implement and maintain office safety protocols and emergency procedures in alignment with overall plant safety standards.
- Manage internal communications and external correspondence for the manufacturing site.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience managing office operations, including vendor relations, supply chain, and facilities coordination.
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems or manufacturing-specific software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to support diverse teams (e.g., production, HR, finance).
- Ability to streamline administrative workflows and contribute to operational efficiency.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations relevant to manufacturing (e.g., OSHA).
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain fundamentals.
- Experience coordinating facility maintenance or vendor management in a production environment.
