Position Overview – OFFICE MANAGER
As our OFFICE MANAGER, you will oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to management, field staff, vendors, and clients. You will be the central point of contact in the office and play a critical role in keeping operations organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities of the OFFICE MANAGER:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle invoicing, data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll support
- Maintain job files, contracts, permits, and vendor documentation
- Answer phones, manage emails, and assist customers professionally
- Coordinate scheduling and support project management needs
- Prepare reports and assist management as needed
Qualifications We’re Seeking in an OFFICE MANAGER:
- Previous office management or administrative experience

- Construction or trades industry experience is a plus but not required
