Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30/hour – based on experience

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy dental office.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance exceptional patient care with strong operational and financial performance, while leading a front office team in a structured, high-performing environment.

SCHEDULE

Wednesday–Saturday
• Wed–Thurs: 11:30 AM – 8 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office and front office team
• Lead scheduling, patient flow, and overall office efficiency
• Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support insurance, billing, and collections processes
• Coach team members on scheduling, case acceptance, and patient follow-up
• Partner with clinical team to ensure smooth operations and patient experience
• Re-engage past-due patients and drive treatment plan acceptance

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental office management experience required
• Strong understanding of dental front office operations, scheduling, and billing
• Proven ability to manage performance metrics and team accountability
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
• Tech-savvy with dental practice management software
