We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and service-driven Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a dynamic corporate office. This role is responsible for ensuring an efficient, well-maintained, and professional workplace environment while supporting employee experience, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating facilities operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a seamless and efficient work environment
- Serve as the primary liaison with building management, vendors, and service providers
- Manage office logistics including space planning, seating, internal moves, and new hire setup
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs
- Oversee office services including supplies, shipping, kitchen operations, and equipment maintenance
- Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support front-of-house operations and supervise Reception and Day Porter
- Lead office safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with building requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5+ years of office management or facilities experience, preferably within a mid-to-large corporate environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems
