SMV Recruiting is seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations and serve as the face of the organization. This role is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, supporting internal projects, handling bookkeeping functions, and continuously improving processes and efficiencies. The ideal candidate is positive, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and serve as the first point of contact
Maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment
Handle bookkeeping responsibilities including invoicing, expense tracking, and coordination with accounting support
Support and oversee internal projects, timelines, and follow-ups
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and organization
Assist leadership and team members with day-to-day administrative and operational needs
Maintain accurate records, files, and office systems
Step in wherever needed to support the business and team
Qualifications:
5+ years of prior experience in office management, operations, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Comfortable handling bookkeeping and financial administrative tasks
Professional, clear communicator both written and verbal
Self-motivated with strong follow-through and time management skills
Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to assist where needed
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Proficient with standard office software and systems
