American Workforce Group has partnered with an innovative client looking for a detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to manage office operations and maintain accurate financial records.

Description for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:
- Financial Reporting: Develop and institute revenue accruals for highly accurate financial reporting.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform comprehensive account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of all financial records.
- Monthly Closing: Conduct monthly book closing utilizing accrual-based accounting methods.
- Administrative Logistics: Receive shipments and accurately scan critical documents into the system.

Details for Office Manager / Bookkeeper:
- Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
- Status: Part-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper (Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred).
- Software: High proficiency in QuickBooks and standard accounting software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Aptitude: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
