Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, support staff, coordinate office resources, and maintain a professional and productive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office events
Maintain organized filing systems and office records
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and scheduling
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and fully operational
Implement and improve office procedures and systems
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
