Description
- Manage full project lifecycle for office interiors, tenant improvements, workplace renovations, and corporate build‑outs.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors throughout planning and execution.
- Lead budget development, cost tracking, value engineering, and financial reporting to maintain project profitability.
- Oversee schedules, phasing plans, and construction sequencing to minimize workplace disruption and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Partner with internal teams on workplace strategy, space planning, FF&E procurement, technology integration, and change management.
- Conduct site walks, punch lists, quality control reviews, and risk assessments to maintain compliance and construction standards.
- Prepare and present updates on scope, milestones, RFI/CO activity, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Drive alignment between business units, end users, and executive leadership to ensure the final space meets functional and brand objectives.
