RDM International, Inc. is hiring a Construction manager to support aviation and heavy civil construction projects across Northern Virginia. This role offers a mix of field work, project coordination, and career growth within a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare daily reports, QC reports, and project documentation
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Perform field inspections to ensure quality and compliance
- Support project controls: budgets, quantities, pay apps, and scheduling
- Assist with submittals, cost tracking, and construction coordination
- Collect field data and support engineering/design teams
- Maintain as-built drawings and closeout documentation
- Promote and support jobsite safety practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3-10 years of construction experience (heavy civil, airport, DOT, or commercial)
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience reading plans, specs, and construction documents
- Comfortable working in the field and on active job sites
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with construction software/tools is a plus
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the region
