Type: Contract To Permanent Opportunity
Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
Contractor Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday- Friday Flexible (9:00 AM-4:00 PM, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, etc. )
Company is very busy April, May and June. Then, hours can drop to very flexible part-time come Summer months
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter Inventory and Sales into Excel
- Enter Accounts Payable and Sales into QuickBooks
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Provide customer service to customers
- Check daily voicemails
- Sort and distribute mail
- Faxing and filing
- Order office supplies
Job Requirements:
- Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Must have working knowledge of Excel
- Basic computer skills
- Must have flexibility to work full time until the end of June during busy season, then switch to part-time, with flexible hours, starting in the Summer
