We are looking for a part time office assistant to assist with a variety of clerical tasks in our Bridgeport, WV office. Duties include providing support to managers, employees, assisting in daily office needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Scanning and filing paperwork
  • Helping employees with forms and trip reports
  • Tracking trash bins/ matching with dumps and manifests
  • Assisting with service tickets/ getting service orders
  • Assist with tracking assets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Admin Assistant or Receptionist
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to work efficiently and quickly under occasional stressful situations
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
