Job Overview
Do you have what it takes to keep a ship calm on rough waters, herd a group of feral cats and organize the unorganized? Then we have the job for you! As an Office Assistant, you will have these duties and others including, but not limited to:
- Manage daily office operations.
- Utilize Microsoft
- Assist in budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial compliance.
- Support human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting as needed.
- Manage inventory of supplies in office warehouse
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft and Excel.
- Proficient typing and general computer skills
- Proficient in taking inventory of supplies and organizing data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and clients.
