Keller Williams Preferred Realty is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the financial, administrative, and operational functions of our growing Burnsville office.

This is a high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in structured environments, values accuracy, and enjoys being the steady operational backbone of a fast-paced real estate office.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks including A/R, A/P, banking, and reconciliations
  • Help prepare accurate and timely financial reports
  • Maintain organized accounting records and internal documentation
  • Support budgeting processes and expense tracking
  • Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls

Office Operations

  • Maintain office systems, supplies, and purchasing processes
  • Oversee office equipment, technology, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and improve administrative systems and procedures
  • Create meeting agendas and record minutes
  • Maintain database and record management systems

Team & Leadership Support

  • Support leadership in managing agents and daily office operations
  • Assist with hiring coordination, onboarding, and training logistics
  • Provide administrative support to staff and agents to ensure a smooth experience
  • Help introduce and support new tools, systems, and services
  • Assist with marketing listings and internal tech systems (strong IT aptitude required)
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
  • Management or team coordination experience a plus
  • Real estate office experience helpful but not required
  • Strong systems and process orientation
  • Proficiency with office technology and database systems
