Office Administrator
Albany, NY
Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our well-respected client in the Albany, NY area. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day administrative and front office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- First point of contact, welcoming guests as they arrive at the office
- Direct guests to conference rooms or appropriate offices
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to correct team members
- Collect and distribute mail and packages
- Clerical duties such as mailing, filing, scanning and faxing
- Keep the office and conference rooms presentable and stocked with supplies
- Calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years’ experience in a front office position or similar role
- Ability to lift 20 pounds
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Knowledge in Practice Master (PM) and NetDocuments (a plus)
Salary
$21.00-$22.50
