Central Texas Farm Credit is a full-service agricultural lender covering 20 counties in Central Texas with branch offices located in Brady, Brownwood/Early, Coleman, Comanche, Haskell, San Angelo, and San Saba. We also have an administrative office located in Abilene. We have approximately $800 million in total assets which consists primarily of loans for livestock, crops and real estate. Job Purpose and Scope:
The primary scope of this position is to support business development efforts by providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service as a first line of customer contact either by in-person contact or telephone support. Additionally, this position will perform loan administration, content management, and other office administration on a daily basis.
Essential Functions:
- Answer and route incoming calls, greets vendors, customers, and other visitors.
- Provides excellent customer service on a routine basis by answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Administers electronic loan file processes for the branch office.
- Maintains knowledge and demonstrates ability to use IT systems used in lending and office administration.
- Collects loan payments and performs related tasks required to service loans.
- Operates a variety of standard office equipment, which may include computers, paper shredders, telephones, photocopiers, fax machines, and scanners.
- Assists lending staff with loan workflow management.
- High school graduate or equivalent, minimum of one-year experience in customer service and/or general office/clerical area.
- Strong work ethic that supports a willingness to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- General knowledge of office equipment and systems, and records management.
This position is currently open and will close upon filling.
At the sole discretion of Central Texas Farm Credit, individuals with less than minimum experience requirements may be considered with the position adjusted to a commensurate title.
