Sparks Group has partnered with a well-established and well-known property management company in Dallas to identify an Office Administrator, for a contract role, to support the local executive team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Dallas-based executive leadership team
- Manage calendars, meetings, and conference room scheduling
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Excel
- Enter, update, and maintain data within Yardi and internal systems
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and supporting on-site needs
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Support ad hoc administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of direct or related administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic functions)
- Experience with Yardi required or strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to a contract assignment
