Years of Experience:
  • Overall Experience Required is 5 to 8 years.
  • Must have 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for the Odessa leasing and lending platform, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform minor configuration changes in Odessa — including product setup, rate configuration, workflow rules, document templates, and user/role management.
  • Analyze and implement small-scope functional enhancements in coordination with business stakeholders and the offshore delivery team.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to integrations, APIs, and data flows between Odessa and upstream/downstream systems.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries against the Odessa database to validate data, investigate bugs, and support production troubleshooting.
  • Assist with report creation and maintenance using Odessa's reporting tools or connected reporting frameworks (SSRS, Power BI, or similar).
  • Participate in requirements grooming, effort estimation, and change management processes for configuration and enhancement requests.
  • Collaborate with onshore client teams and offshore delivery counterparts — ensuring clear handoffs, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain support runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to reduce recurring incidents and improve team self-service.
  • Adhere to AMS governance, ITIL-aligned change management, and quality assurance standards.
Required qualifications:
  • 2–5 years of experience in application support, AMS, or a similar functional/technical analyst role.
  • Hands-on experience with the Odessa platform (leasing, lending, or loan servicing modules).
  • Domain experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance — understanding of loan/lease lifecycle, funding, billing, and collections.
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Ability to interpret and write SQL queries for data investigation and validation.
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP API concepts for troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills; able to translate business issues into technical actions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment.
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) — understanding of schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization in the Odessa data model.
  • Experience with API integrations — REST, SOAP, JSON/XML-based data exchange, including use of tools like Postman for debugging.
  • Preferred Exposure to Odessa Studio or Odessa Designer for workflow and business rule configuration.
  • Understanding of captive finance business processes — OEM dealer programs, subsidy rates, floorplan, or commercial lease structures.
  • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation of routine support tasks.
Domain knowledge – auto & commercial captive finance:
  • Familiarity with the auto finance lifecycle: origination, contract booking, payment processing, account servicing, and end-of-term processes.
  • Understanding of commercial captive finance models — OEM-backed financial subsidiaries, dealer programs, and fleet/commercial lease structures.
  • Experience with Odessa-supported financial products such as retail installment contracts, operating leases, finance leases, or balloon loans is highly valued.
Working model & collaboration:
  • Works in a hybrid onshore-offshore AMS delivery model; comfortable with asynchronous communication, structured handoffs, and cross-time-zone coordination.
  • Regular interaction with onshore client stakeholders — stand-ups, triage calls, sprint reviews, and change management discussions.
  • Partners with offshore team members for execution, testing, and documentation — requiring clear written communication and process discipline.
  • May participate in on-call rotation for critical production incidents depending on client engagement requirements.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in computer science or another related field.
