Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation.
- Experience providing occupational therapy in home health settings preferred.
- Experience performing home safety assessments, adaptive equipment recommendations, and activities-of-daily-living training preferred.
- Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop OT plans of care, and document progress notes per agency policy within required timeframes.
- Willingness to travel on approved assignments to support other agency locations as needed.

Assignment Details
- Facility type: Home Health.
- Position status: Full Time.
- Role: Travel Occupational Therapist providing direct patient care in-home.
- Responsibilities include assessments, developing and implementing OT plans of care, documenting visits and progress notes, instructing patients and caregivers, supervising OTA per policy, and preparing discharge summaries.
- May be required to travel to support other agency locations during the assignment.
