Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility in Monroe, MI.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required prior to start.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment, and restorative nursing programs preferred.
  • Documentation experience with electronic medical records required.
  • Current immunizations and TB screening per facility policy required.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
  • Work Schedule: 5x8.
  • Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
  • Contract Length: 13 weeks (VMS Contract Weeks).
