Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support residents in a skilled nursing facility just south of Portland, OR. This role serves a fast-paced, high-volume building where clinicians manage a mixed census of skilled and long-term residents.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience preferred. This includes prior Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience. (Preferred.)
  • Experience with high-volume caseloads and fast-paced clinical environments preferred.
  • Experience using EMR systems. Knowledge of NetHealth/PCC preferred.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Ability to collaborate with therapy assistants, SLPs, and respiratory therapists on interdisciplinary teams.


Assignment Details

  • Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
  • Preferred Work Week: Tuesday through Saturday (preferred by client).
  • Patient Population/Caseload: Approximately 50 residents, mixed skilled and long-term residents.
  • EMR: NetHealth/PCC.
  • Team Structure: Two therapy assistants per evaluating therapist, two SLPs, and a Respiratory Therapist on staff.
