Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while working in a home health setting in Marshfield, WI.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health OT experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
• Homecare Electronic Medical Record experience preferred: HCHB preferred (client preference).
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Home Health.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days - 8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week.
• Territory: Marshfield, WI.
• Length of Contract: 13 weeks.
