Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. The clinician will perform functional assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, provide caregiver education, and document progress in accordance with state regulations and agency policy.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in Ohio required prior to the start of assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable use of public transportation for home visits.
- Experience providing occupational therapy in home health, home-based care, or skilled nursing preferred.
- Experience completing OASIS or other home health documentation preferred.
- Ability to provide supervision to OTAs and home health aides when permitted by state regulation and agency policy.
