Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Everett, WA.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Active Washington State OT license required to start the assignment.
  • One year of home health (HH) experience required.
  • Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation system required.
  • Ability to travel and provide services within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office.
  • BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Productivity expectation: minimum 30 points per week. Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day.

  • Facility Type: Home Health.
  • Shift Name: Days.
  • Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • Positions Available: 1.
  • Documentation system required: HCHB.
  • Floating: Candidate must be available to cover patient visits within a 50+ mile radius of the Everett office.
