Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Daytona Beach, FL.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Florida OT license required to start the assignment.
- Home health experience is required.
- Experience with HCHB EMR preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations: 6 points per day / 30 points per week.
- Reliable transportation and ability to limit weekly mileage to approximately 100 miles when possible.
Preferred.
- Previous experience working in small, team-oriented home health offices.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday; client will consider 4x10s or 5x8 (M-F).
- Shift Details: 5x8 (M-F) or 4x10s.
- EMR: HCHB.
- Productivity Requirement: 6 points per day / 30 points per week.
- Mileage guideline: aim to stay under 100 miles per week.
- Orientation will be provided.
- Candidate may be expected to coordinate with a small, team-oriented office; float to other locations is not specified and will not be assumed.
