Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to help them regain or improve daily living skills while working in Columbus, GA.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy license for the state of Georgia is required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification.
- Home health experience required. Experience providing home visits and familiarity with evaluating home environments preferred.
- Ability to periodically attend office meetings and perform home visits. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and basic computer navigation, including email and online training platforms.
- 2–3 years of occupational therapy experience preferred.

- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Nights.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8.
- Degree of travel: Home visits with periodic office meetings.
- Candidate must have agency-required liability insurance as applicable.
