Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in home health settings regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required prior to the start of assignment.
• Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years (client requirement).
• Experience with HCHB electronic medical record required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to meet productivity expectations: approximately 30 productivity points per week and availability for a 40 hours per week schedule as required by the client (RN productivity model referenced).
• Reliable transportation to cover the assigned territory including Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, and Ross counties.
• Preferred: prior experience managing a Home Health caseload and familiarity with territory-based scheduling. Preferred items are not required but will strengthen an application.

• Territory: Pickaway, Fayette, Hocking, Highland, Ross counties (travel within this territory expected).
