We’re seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the inpatient rehabilitation and acute care team in Torrington, Wyoming. This role is ideal for an OT experienced in hospital-based care, helping patients regain independence and improve functional outcomes.

Position Overview

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans

• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

• Supervise OT assistants (COTAs) as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)

• Active Wyoming OT license or eligible for licensure

• BLS certification

• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience in hospital or acute care settings preferred
