We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide exceptional care to women across diverse age groups. Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (BC or BE OBGYN)
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license
- BLS certification
- Active DEA license
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Ability to perform minor procedures such as EMB, Colpo, Pessary maintenance, and Pap smears
- Strong communication and patient management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with colposcopy procedures
- Knowledge of advanced gynecological interventions
- Fluency in additional languages
- Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN practice
- Active Pennsylvania state medical license
Other Requirements:
- Commitment to maintaining current BLS certification
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts (primarily Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm)
- Ability to support minor procedure interventions and patient education
- Credentialing and privileging process expected to conclude within 60-90 days
This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $295.62, with additional compensation for overtime and holidays at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
