Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician
Join our dedicated team as an Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician and play a vital role in providing exceptional women's health care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform obstetric and gynecologic evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Manage patient deliveries, averaging 0-1 deliveries per shift.
- Provide consults and support for Nurse Mid-Wives as needed.
- Participate in 24-hour on-call rotations, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
- Document extensively using Cerner EMR.
- Maintain high standards of patient care in a 99-bed hospital environment.
Required Skills:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Active Arizona medical license or IMLC eligible.
- DEA certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
- Strong skills in patient management, communication, and teamwork.
- Ability to work 24-hour shifts efficiently and handle callbacks (0-2 per shift).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in high-volume obstetric practice.
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems beyond Cerner.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Neonatal Resuscitation.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in obstetrics and gynecology in a hospital setting.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work 24-hour shift rotations.
- Compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations.
- Ability to start by September 18, 2026.

Hourly Pay Rate: $2,111.85
