Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert obstetric and gynecologic care to patients across all age groups
- Perform routine examinations, diagnostic procedures, and specialized treatments
- Manage prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients on health maintenance, family planning, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation in compliance with standards and regulations
Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in good standing in the applicable state
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical expertise in both obstetrics and gynecology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient trust
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong diagnostic and decision-making abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Additional certifications such as life support or advanced obstetric care
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Prior experience in outpatient and hospital settings
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules, including call duties
- Travel may be required for select patient care or training opportunities
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please note this is a placeholder; competitive compensation will be provided)
