Required Skills:
- Valid medical license in the relevant state
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical proficiency in women's health, prenatal care, and gynecological procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and confidentiality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Previous experience in healthcare settings with flexible scheduling
Preferred Education and Experience:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited OB-GYN residency program
- At least 2 years of clinical practice in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
Other Requirements:
- Availability for ongoing, flexible scheduling, ideally on a 7 days on / 7 days off model
- Willingness to travel if required for specific assignments
- Will maintain up-to-date licensure and certifications
- Ability to participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave in accordance with relevant laws, and licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable.
