Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician – San Angelo, TX (Permanent Opportunity)

This role offers a balanced practice environment, strong clinical support, and a location that supports both professional growth and quality of life.

Position Overview

  • Join a team of 8 OBGYN physicians and 8 mid-level providers, with plans to expand to 9 physicians by late 2025

  • Balanced schedule with 3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per week

  • 1:10 call schedule with week-long home call rotation and RN triage support

  • ~2,000 deliveries annually with robust clinical resources

  • Clinic located adjacent to the hospital for seamless care coordination

  • Advanced tools and support including surgical robots, documentation robotics, and EPIC EMR

  • Teaching opportunities through a residency program affiliation and partnership designation with a respected medical system

  • Strong physician retention rate (98%) 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated total earning potential: $550,000–$780,000+ annually based on productivity and quality-based incentives

  • RVU-based compensation model with clear production thresholds and uncapped bonus potential

  • One-year income guarantee with transition to production compensation after meeting goals

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology

  • Eligible for or able to obtain Texas medical licensure
