**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

Join our vital Food Service team!** You'll play a crucial role in providing optimal nutritional care, delivering safe meals, and demonstrating excellent customer service to patients, guests, and staff. **You will:**
+ **Industry Standard Adherence:** Follow healthcare foodservice standards, regulations, and guidelines (food temps, cross-contamination, hygiene, labeling, storage).
+ **Food Prep & Service:** Prepare/serve food within menu/dietary guidelines; know recipe ingredients for allergy questions.
+ **Customer Experience:** Ensure high-quality patient/customer experience with proper meal portioning and presentation.
+ **Diverse Responsibilities (may include):** Coffee shop, cashiering, retail serving, patient tray assembly/delivery, cold food prep, utility assignments (dishwashing), catering, inventory support, general cleaning.
**Job Requirements**
**What You'll Bring:**
+ **Food Service Experience:** Minimum one (1) year.
+ **Safety & Hygiene Focus:** Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation.
+ **Attention to Detail:** Meticulous in preparation, presentation, and cleanliness.
+ **Required Licensure and/or Certification:**
+ **Food Handler's Card within thirty (30) days.**
+ Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent; cashier experience.
