Job Details
We are hiring a night shift Nursing Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide nursing operations and lead clinical teams within a 115 to 120 bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing care delivery, treatment plans, and clinical services across the hospital during assigned night shifts
- Serve as liaison between administration, nursing leadership, and frontline staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide real-time staff oversight including coaching, evaluations, scheduling support, and performance management
- Assist with development and implementation of patient care policies, procedures, and quality initiatives
- Step into patient care as needed and support safe staffing across units
- Promote a positive team culture focused on patient outcomes, safety, and compassionate care
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support certifications
- Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience
- Prior leadership experience such as charge nurse, lead nurse, or shift supervisor
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Ability to lead teams, manage clinical workflows, and make decisions in a fast-paced setting
