Role Overview


The NP/PA will provide high-quality clinical evaluations and treatments, perform comprehensive H&Ps and delivering patient-focused care aligned with our specialized mens health services.

Salary Range: $115000.00 - $130000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities


  • Perform History & Physicals to assess patients health and identify conditions within our treatment scope.
  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and evaluate symptoms.
  • Ask insightful, targeted questions to identify underlying concerns.
  • Form diagnoses using medical expertise and patient history.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on necessary lab work.
  • Prescribe medications when appropriate and provide clear usage instructions.
  • Offer evidence-based recommendations and care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to maintain a high-performing, patient-focused care team.
  • Administer and assist with in-office elective procedures (minimally invasive).
  • Refer patients to external specialists when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Foster a compassionate, trusting environment that aligns with our concierge model.
  • Stay current on medical best practices through ongoing training, seminars, and continuing education

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Strong understanding of assessment, diagnostic, and exam methodologies.
  • Broad knowledge of medications, indications, contraindications, and side effects.
  • Clear grasp of legal guidelines and medical best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethics.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality.
  • Active Tennessee NP or PA license and DEA certification.
