Description:
• We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in primary care with the ability to conduct home visits.
• This full-time position is based in Glendale, NY, with a hybrid schedule involving both office and home visit duties.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, with shifts from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
Requirements:
• Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients effectively.
• Commitment to providing quality healthcare and fulfilling healthcare commitments.
• Proficient in collecting, recording, and maintaining accurate patient information.
• Ability to order and analyze various tests and diagnostic images.
• Capability to administer or prescribe treatments and vaccinations.
• Consultation skills to work with medical specialists and refer patients when necessary.
• Advisory skills for patient education on diet, hygiene, and disease prevention.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish preferred.
