Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care:
Seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to treat adults 17 years and older. The Nurse Practitioner will manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions and some urgent care from time to time.
Qualifications:
* Must be a Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
* Actie GA License
* Prefer 2 or more years post graduate clinical experience
* Experience managing acute and chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney failure, etc.
* BLS Certified
