QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
