QUALIFICATIONS
- Active RN License (Connecticut or Compact State)

- BLS Certification (Required)

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards
