We’re hiring a Nurse Manager of Surgical Services in Ocala, Florida who wants leadership growth, high surgical volume experience, and direct operational impact.

You’ll step into a perioperative leadership role overseeing Operating Room, Pre-Op, and Sterile Processing Department operations in a high-volume surgical environment averaging 25 cases per day. Partnering closely with the OR Director, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, staff development, compliance readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.

You’ll practice in Ocala, Florida, a growing Central Florida community known for its equestrian heritage, expanding healthcare infrastructure, and convenient access to both Gainesville and Orlando.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary ranging from $95,000 to $115,000 based on experience
