Join a nationally recognized leader in neurology. BJC/Saint Luke's Health is seeking a solution-focused Registered Nurse Clinician to join our elite Kansas City Neurology Team .
In this brand-new role, you will have the unique autonomy to help define best practices for a growing clinic while treating patients across specialties, including Stroke, MS, Movement Disorders, and Concussion care.
The Opportunity
- Innovate: Collaborate with leadership to shape this new position within ourSaint Luke's Physician Group.
- Specialize: Work at a premier destination forStroke Reversaland multidisciplinary MS care.
- Balance: Part time 24/week Enjoy a stable Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) schedule with/week no nights or weekends.
- Clinical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for patient education, assessment, and complex testing interpretation.
- Care Coordination: Manage telephone triage, emergent scheduling, and pre-visit planning to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to clinical staff (LPN/MA) ensuring adherence toNursing Scope of Practice.
- Operational Excellence: Manage admission orders, lab result reviews, and prescription refills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experienced RN with a passion for the patient experience.
- Critical thinker comfortable with both autonomous work and multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Strong interest inShared Governanceand professional development.
Applicable Experience:
Less than 1 year
Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
